1. Acceptance

By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes: to learn about Missouri Valley Technology Solutions, request information, schedule a meeting, or subscribe to our newsletter. You may not:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site
• Attempt to access non-public areas, accounts, or systems
• Submit false information through forms or impersonate any person or entity
• Send automated traffic, bulk submissions, or any form of spam
• Interfere with the Site or any user’s use of it
• Use scrapers, bots, or other automated tools to harvest content or contact data

We reserve the right to block IP addresses, accounts, or submissions that violate these rules.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, code, and downloadable resources, is owned by MVTS or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law.

You may view, print, and reasonably share Site content for non-commercial informational purposes with attribution. You may not republish, modify, or use Site content in commercial materials without written permission.

The MVTS name, logo, and product names are trademarks of MVTS. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. No professional advice

Site content is informational. It is not legal, accounting, insurance, or formal cybersecurity advice. Your specific situation may require an engagement under the MSA, which is where actual advice and remediation work happen.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site links to and embeds third-party services (LeadConnector by HighLevel for scheduling, Resend for email delivery, Google Analytics 4, PostHog, Vercel hosting). MVTS is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, MVTS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful code.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MVTS and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability for paid services is governed by the MSA, which establishes its own caps and remedies.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MVTS from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

9. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
